Tinnitus
Tinnitus is a ringing or buzzing that comes from inside the ear. The cause of this condition is not always clear but is often linked to hearing loss, anxiety and depression or some other conditions. Listening to soothing music, keeping calm and talking therapies can be used to help the condition.
Hydrotherapy
Previously known as hydropathy this is an alternative medicine which uses water for pain relief and to assist with treatments such as Occupational Therapy & Physiotherapy. Pools, whirlpools, hot tubs and tanks are used for soothing and treating certain conditions.
Physiotherapy
Provided by therapists in order to promote, restore or maintain good health through various means. Specific exercises, manipulation, education, and sound-waves along with many more interventions are used to assist with the treatment of functional movements central to being healthy.
Supported Driving Lessons
Originally set up to support veterans, but now extended to assist people with disabilities or age related impairments. Driver rehabilitation is provided to maintain independent driving and transportation through specialist equipment and training.
Psychological Assessment & Treatment
Used to understand a persons abilities and behaviours, evaluations, tests and/or assessments are used to determine particular conditions & disorders. These evaluations are then used to help with diagnosis and treatment options.
Occupational health assessment
An Occupational Health Physician will perform a medical examination to advise of a persons overall health. Recommendations can be made to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for employees.
Opthalmic assessment
Designed to check both vision and eye health, comprehensive eye exams are carried out by an Ophthalmologist or Optometrist. Certain health conditions can lead to complications such as glaucoma or vision loss so regular checks are essential for good eye health.
Cognitive behaviour therapy
Used to reduced symptoms of various mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, this psycho-social intervention is used to reduce debilitating symptoms associated with such conditions. The aim is to help manage problems by changing certain thoughts and behaviours.

Specialist programmes are designed to improve the quality of life of those people suffering in a daily basis with ongoing chronic pain through various courses and therapies. Being able to move better, relieves pain and makes daily tasks and activities easier to cope with.
Injection Therapy
Steroid medications are injected into painful joints or soft tissue in order to relieve pain and inflammation in the local area. They can help with many conditions such as orthopaedic, rheumatological and neurological conditions.
